Frohes Neues Jahr 2026!
Dear MoveMaster Community,
As we close out the past year and step into the new year 2026, we would like to take a moment to look back, say thank you, and look ahead together.
2025 was a year of consolidation and further development for us. We continuously worked on the product itself: software and firmware were improved on an ongoing basis, accessories were expanded and meaningfully complemented. Even though we did not run any targeted marketing campaigns, demand for the MoveMaster grew noticeably—especially in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Most of this growth did not come from our own advertising, but from genuine contributions and recommendations from you. Whether through honest product reviews, mutual support in the official and community Discord servers, or public posts on social media channels—thank you! It shows the strong interest and engagement within the MoveMaster community, and that means a great deal to us.
As hinted at in previous updates, a lot has also happened internally. We have been restructuring extensively, particularly in production and assembly processes, to sustainably improve quality assurance. Logistics are also being reorganized so that shipping workflows, supply chains, and preparation for larger production volumes work smoothly together. These process-related changes are still ongoing but will be completed this year and form the basis for expansion into additional countries and markets. Much of this is not visible from the outside, but it becomes noticeable when, for example, delays occur. We are diligently collecting feedback and implementing solutions wherever things still need improvement. For this—and for your patience—we would also like to sincerely thank you.
At the end of the year, we were honored by the City of Deggendorf with the 2025 Innovation Award. This reinforces what drives us: offering an innovative alternative to conventional video game control methods and revolutionizing them in terms of ergonomics, customization, and flexibility.
What can you look forward to in 2026?
Planned developments include new color variants for the ButtonCommander (including olive, due to popular demand from many of you), further development of the quick-change system, new grip cover variants and materials, as well as selected special color editions. The software will also continue to be optimized with numerous useful new features. In addition, you can expect noticeably improved logistics and availability. More broadly, we will continue to develop the MoveMaster concept step by step.
We would also like to extend special thanks to our partners in Asia and to Deggendorf Institute of Technology, with whom we are researching potential medical applications for the MoveMaster in collaboration with the Deggendorf Innovation Center.
We wish you all a happy, healthy, and successful start to 2026!
Your MoveMaster Team
