MoveMaster: Background to the delay

Dear MoveMaster Community,

We are truly delighted by the tremendous interest in the MoveMaster. What started as a passion project continues to grow steadily thanks to you – and we couldn’t be more proud.

Two months ago, we announced that the MoveMaster would be available again within a short time frame. Unfortunately, due to unexpected material shortages, we were not able to meet this timeline.

We know that many of you have been eagerly awaiting your MoveMaster, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. At the same time, we want to emphasize: the MoveMaster is not a mass-produced item, but is manufactured in carefully inspected batches to ensure the highest quality.

We are currently stabilizing production so that we can soon resume rolling deliveries in smaller series. This way, we can ensure that every device meets our standards – and that you receive a product that is truly one of a kind.

Starting tomorrow, October 18, 2025, a small batch of MoveMaster units designed for left-handed use (operated with the right hand) will be released. Regular production waves of MoveMaster units will then begin at the end of October, with new batches following every three to four weeks.

We are currently focusing on the long-sold-out main model in anthracite for the left hand, although the other versions are also being considered. This means you will have more opportunities to get your hands on a MoveMaster.

Please note that due to the situation mentioned above, delivery times may take up to three weeks.
